Atrium Academy received a grant to build “Uniswap Hook Incubator” to drive developer adoption of this new primitive.
They had a strong team of educators, developers, and community builders but no designer, no brand, no assets, and no idea where to start. They needed someone to take the creative lead, move fast, and handle everything end to end.

When we met Tribe, we were bootstrapped with an incredibly tight budget. We had just closed a grant to build a new program and needed to ship the landing page ASAP.
But with a lean team (3), we had no capacity to manage the designer. We needed someone who could operate with little context, research the industry (crypto) and target audience (developers), and most importantly: ship fast.
I had poor experiences working with designers/agencies who felt slow, flaky, overcomplicated (ie. designing for designers), or needed too much hand-holding.
When I met with Yarik, our first conversation felt almost too good to be true. He promised incredible speed at an affordable price with little to no overhead outside of feedback loops.

Since March 2024, we've worked with Atrium on a retainer basis, functioning as their embedded design team. We’ve built everything from landing pages and brand systems to internal tools and UI/UX for new programs. This partnership has lasted over 1.5 years and is still active today. They’ve referred us to several new clients.
What follows is a breakdown of what we shipped and how we collaborated with Atrium

Atrium had no brand, no visuals, and no idea where to begin. All they had was a rough program outline and a short deadline. We had one 30-minute conversation to understand their target audience, the biggest features & selling points of their program, and their key call-to-action.
Trust was built and the urgency was clear. We took over everything design-related from the first first call with Atrium.

Within a few days, we had designed a full landing page for the “Uniswap Hook Incubator” program with placeholder text that felt aligned with Atrium’s grant proposal and information gathered in the intake call.
Atrium was still finalizing the program content while we pushed ahead with layout, visual direction, and requested changes (e.g. sticky navigation bar).

We took the approved designs, iterated on copy based on feedback, and built the live page within 10 days of our first meeting.
As suggested, we leaned into the “pink” branding of Uniswap while avoiding replicating design. We were particularly proud that the logo (similar to React webhooks) and hero image (inspired by Uniswap Labs’ assets) resonated deeply with their target audience.

The “Uniswap Hook Incubator” landing page helped Atrium establish a strong visual identity. They were ready to promote the page to prospective developers, their Uniswap partners, and other key stakeholders.

Wow. I’m impressed how Atrium made Uniswap v4 look so cool :) Kudos to their design team

I honestly didn’t know Atrium was a new company based on how polished the website for the uniswap program looked. I immediately applied & shared this page with some dev friends.

After the strong success of the program launch, Bhaumik (CEO) asked to put us on an indefinite retainer. Atrium has now worked with Tribe for 1.5 years and counting.
It’s a high trust, high output design partnership. We handle all brand, marketing, UI/UX, and program launch design and development.
We asked Bhaumik why they’ve kept working with us:

Are you kidding me? This was a no brainer retainer. We get agency-level output at an affordable price, with almost no overhead, and the responsiveness of a full-time teammate.

How does Doppler power Zora’s Creator Coins and Ohara’s App Coins on Uniswap V4?
Join us next Wednesday at 12 PM ET for our first Twitter Space:
The [Very Early] Story of Doppler
• @AustinAdams10, founder of @dopplerprotocol• @brextonpham, founder of @tryoharaAI
• @rohanexposed, protocol engineer @zora
Zora & Ohara use Doppler’s Airlock SDK to spin up thousands of ERC-20 markets in minutes, tap into v4 liquidity & automate perpetual fee streams. We'll unpack what that means for DeFi devs and mechanism designers. What should@patel0phone & @eshita ask them?

Welcome @eshita to Atrium! She’s played an instrumental role in shaping parts of our new accelerator programs, and has been working with us to advise teams on strategy, product, and building with intention. Grateful for her perspective as we continue to grow support for the next generation of crypto founders.

As word started to spread about the success of the Uniswap program, Atrium started getting inbound interest from other companies.
It wasn’t obvious to them, though, that Atrium wasn’t tied to Uniswap and was open for other business. For example, visiting atrium.academy re-directed to atrium.academy/uniswap. There was no “Atrium” brand, only a “UHI” (Uniswap Hook Incubator) brand.
So we started working with them on the umbrella brand. We built an entire brand kit, logo, and new graphic assets. The new homepage linked to a new dedicated partner page and about page that shared the inspiration behind the name “Atrium”.
The launch was special :)

I started building @atriumacademy in Nov '23 but have been lowkey about it here.
That changes today. We've spent the past year onboarding & retain experienced developers onto
@Uniswap v4. Our "secret sauce"? structure, support, & effort
This week: we launch a new brand → atrium.academy Next month: we'll announce a new partner Here’s our story

@AtriumAcademy
We launched our first program (Uniswap Hook Incubator) 1 year ago.
Today we launch our brand: atrium.academy. And next month we announce our 2nd partner. But what's the story behind Atrium Academy? In ancient Rome, the atrium was the center of community and creativity. We reimagine that space today for modern architects: developers. Here's how we turn curiosity into contribution:
