About the project
Uniswap Hook Incubator (UHI) is a pioneering program aimed at teaching Web3 developers how to build hooks on Uniswap V4.
Backed by funding from the Uniswap Foundation, UHI needed to launch their program quickly to start their first cohort.
Their primary challenge was the need for rapid execution and flexible, ongoing design support—something that traditional agencies or freelancers couldn't provide effectively.

Our subscription model allowed UHI to skip the lengthy scoping and onboarding processes typical of other agencies.
Within just one day of our initial call, we provided wireframes and a branding draft, and within four days, the first version of the website was live.
This agile approach ensured that UHI could launch on time, fully prepared to attract and engage their target audience without any delays.
UHI leveraged our design services without limits. Whether they needed updates to their website, new marketing assets, or further branding enhancements, we delivered everything within 1-2 days.
This ongoing, on-demand support has enabled UHI to maintain momentum, iterate quickly, and stay ahead of their design needs, ensuring their program continues to grow and succeed.
We kicked off with a focused, 1-hour onboarding session where we outlined key goals and deliverables for the project.
Three days after receiving feedback, the first version of the website went live. After two rounds of revisions, the final version was fully operational, ready for the program's launch.
